Demo tracks by Peter Hartman using the Hollow Body Guitar Collection Vol.2.

mp3 Demo

Demo track with single samples of the Hollow Body Guitar Collection Vol.2.

This one is also about the responsive tone and feel of a Gretsch™ guitar, but this time we went with bridge pickup for an even clearer "twangy" sound. Otherwise we have the usual suspects here: It was played through a Fender™ tube reverb unit for that authentic vibe and went through a Carr™ Rambler® tube amplifier. Again, tube mic'ed and recorded through a Chandler™ Germanium® preamp.

And it also applies here - one chord says it all! So - just listen

Single notes were sampled chromatically with 32 different layers of each note plus many guitar noises, chords and muted notes!

Now your samples has one thing it was lacking all the time - vibe! No excuses anymore - now it's time to produce some great stuff!

To really capture the sound, we recorded the whole thing in 96 Khz and 24 bits resolution.

The set also includes ready-to-play presets for Steinberg™'s Halion®, Emagic™'s EXS24® and others or can be ordered in the Giga® format. Smaller versions of the presets are included, too.

No mastering process has been applied to the CD, so you don't get that over-processed sound of other sample CDs.

  • 32 multisamples of each note, chromatically sampled
  • multisamples major and minor chords, as well as muted notes, muted notes and guitar noises
  • ready-to-play presets for Halion®/Reason®/Kontakt2®/EXS24® or in the GigaStudio®-format
  • wave format (except GigaStudio®-version which comes in its own file format)
  • no final sound processing involved
  • recorded in 96 khz/24 bits
  • DVD or 4 CD set
  • license-free usage within your music
